So it's February 2009. Last year at this time I was in the DR. I miss it so much. I had so many plans to go back, to visit, to live... but I'm still here in DC. Still working hard trying to keep my head above water. I just feel like I owe everybody. Everyone want some money and I just don't have it to give. I don't know how I got in this situation. I still dream of being back in Sosua.
I have to have surgery. It's not that big of a deal, but I will be out of work for about 2 weeks. So I am thankful I have a well paying job that has very good health insurance. I'm thinking that I will have the surgery in early March.
